I'll come take a look in person, usually within just a few days, so we can talk specifics face to face.
You'll have a written estimate within 12 hours of the walkthrough. The price we agree on is the price you pay — no surprise fees or adjustments.
Many projects can get started within a week of that first message. Then it's just showing up and doing it right.

It depends on scope — a single room of flooring might be a few days, while a full renovation with multiple trades can take a few weeks. I'll give you a realistic timeline as part of your estimate, and keep you posted if anything changes along the way.
For projects that require a permit, I'll let you know upfront and walk you through what's needed. Not every job does — flooring and drywall repairs typically don't, while larger structural changes usually will.
I'm based in Saint Paul, MN and take on projects throughout the surrounding Twin Cities metro area. If you're unsure whether you're in range, just reach out and ask.

Yes. If something isn't right after the job is done, I'll come back and make it right. We can talk through the specifics for your project as part of your estimate.
Payment is handled through Square. Depending on the project, I may ask for a deposit to get started, with the remaining balance due once the work is complete. I'll also accept payments through Venmo and Zelle, whatever you prefer! I'll lay out the specifics upfront so there are no surprises.
